Terms of Service

These terms govern services provided by Temecula Pro Plumbing ("we," "us," or "our") to customers ("you") in Temecula, California and the surrounding service area described on our service area page.
Service Quotes and Pricing
A flat price is quoted after diagnosis and before any repair work begins. That price reflects the approved scope of work at the time of the quote. Additional work discovered during a repair, and not covered by the original diagnosis, will be discussed and separately approved before proceeding, rather than added to the invoice without notice.
Scheduling and Emergency Dispatch
Same-day and emergency appointments are subject to technician availability and real-time dispatch conditions. While we make every reasonable effort to respond promptly to emergency calls, we cannot guarantee a specific arrival time given the unpredictable nature of emergency plumbing situations.
Payment
Payment is due upon completion of work unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
Warranty
Workmanship on completed repairs is warranted for a period disclosed at the time of service. Parts and equipment carry the manufacturer's own warranty terms, separate from our workmanship warranty.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by California law, our liability for any claim arising from services provided is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for pre-existing conditions, code violations, or damage caused by factors outside the scope of the specific work performed.
Licensing
Temecula Pro Plumbing operates as a licensed California plumbing contractor. License information is available upon request.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update.
